Depending on the complexity of the design with custom logos and names, there may be small gaps in the 3D print. This is normal and we do our best to minimize and provide the best looking product for your brand.

Due to unforeseen printing issues, some prints may fail or have minor blemishes such as a lifted edge. We do not throw them away if deemed usable. You will not be charged for the prints and will receive them complimentary.

Please note all prints are custom and made to order. Any custom colors used may vary due to screen brightness and other factors. We will do our best to match colors but are not responsible if the shade or hue is off
